  So sorry to have had the experience with Daphne...horrible customer service. I spoke to her three times that morning, during which she gave us pricing, selected an option and made the appointment at two o'clock. She said if we didn't make the payment at that time, we couldn't go for the requested. When we arrived she said we didn't have an appointment as if we never spoke treating us very rudely and calling us liars as if we popped up there for nothing. Had not been for the sudden death of our family member we would have made other arrangements. I couldn't believe we were being treated in the manner she did. As a business owner myself in the state we live in anSo sorry to have had the experience with Daphne we did. We get there for her to say we didn't have an appointment, as well as treat us very rudely and calling us liars as if we just popped up there for nothing. I explained to her, I am a business owner back home and I would NEVER allow my staff to treat a customer in this manner, even if they felt they were right. If we weren't so short on time and didn't have several other family members buried there, we would've found another place. Not to say she is the business, but a huge reflection of it. She allowed her pride to be very insensitive to a grieving family.
